What do they mean by planner? There is, after all, some difference between

"I plan weddings and think pink is a fetching color for all the guests, minister, groom, bride and the horse drawn carriage"

and

"I plan military invasions into small helpless countries so that we can exploit their resources."

or even

"I plan computer programmes that will solve all your time management issues."
