Frickin' Traffic and Parking, can't figure out where they're supposed to be sweeping, and so forgets to put up signs... ;(

You're being awfully generous in assuming they even meant to put up signs in the first place.

As it turned out, when Grace went out to photocopy the signs, to PROVE that they were supposed to sweep on a different day...it turned out that that side of Anderson IS swept on tuesdays. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the two sides of the street get swept on DIFFERENT DAYS!
So it's our fault, but traffic and parking still sucks.
