Confidential to S.:
I am worried that *I* now have both the clothes-eating moths and the Lurgi. There are holes in my favorite sweaters, and I've had a low-grade sore throat since yesterday. I am hoping that the former is just random wear and tear (although I am not sanguine), that the latter is just a cold symptom, and especially that if I'm wrong, I manage to avoid spreading them to other people.
And that the preventative measures I took on Monday, involving ginger tea and hanging everything outside for twelve hours of sub-freezing temperatures, will stop whatever it is in its tracks.
I don't think you would have liked the drunk mythology pub crawl: it was too loud and crowded even for me. But I am glad that it exists, and I may still go back next year, armed with more stories.

I do have in-house laundry, but sadly, the most likely targets for destruction by moths will also be destroyed if I dry them on hot...
Tree: That works only if you have freezer space. (aka reason #11 why I want my own apartment...)
Squig: That's actually a good idea, just as a preventative measure. Add to my growing hardware store list (AA batteries, hand sanitizer, travel toothbrush, mothballs...)
