To the architect responsible for the redesign of Sterling's basement

I would like to offer an apology for, and retraction of, my previous comments regarding his good sense and ability to plan for traffic flow.

He's putting in a spiral staircase. Like, a big one. In stone. With new, JGR-style details. And conveniently located in that one bay that they never used to use.
