Realm: Politics - Subrealm: Election 2008

(Writing that subrealm reminds me again of the ridiculousness of having this campaign last two frickin' years. But I digress.)

It's really odd that I reflect on the likelihood that the race will come down to "America's First Female President vs. America's First Black President" for the Democratic nomination, and "An Italian Moderate from NYC vs. At Least Two Wings of the Party" for the Republican nomination, and I think it's boring.

I guess it's the fact that it seems such a foregone conclusion...
