Due to a series of weird events, I wound up with several boxes of third-rate, Californian strawberries this week. Some of these I have now made into jam: whether the jam will either gel or avoid going bad remains to be seen.
Consequent to this, I missed First Friday Art Walk. boo.

I really wish that I'd had this week off. I don't know whether it's ACTUALLY that it's Easter week, or just that we're approaching the end of the semester, but I did NOT want to do actual teaching. (Or at least not on the World Wars.) I've just wanted to eat too much candy and watch the sillier end of YouTube.
I'm feeling pretty down, tonight. I think I shall just go to bed, and see if solving the "trying to run on six hours' sleep or less" problem makes me more energized for job searching, apartment searching, Grading All The Things, and my favorite, Working On The Final Exam.
