Hanukkah post-Thanksgiving rush and Cyber Monday and the end of the semester have combined unpleasantly here. This meant that on... Monday? the days are blurring in my head...we got over a thousand packages. More than we ever got on one day in September. When we had over twice as many people to cope with it.
This is not sustainable, guys.
