The oldest continuously used synagogue in the US is in Charleston, SC. Truro's building is older, and two other congregations are older but with newer buildings. https://www.nps.gov/nr/travel/charleston/kah.htm There were Jewish-majority frats and a sorority at UNC when I was there.
