Nothin' wrong with that. Although if my own experiences are anything to go by, the people you invite to Readercon probably have no. clue. whatsoever. that you Fancy Them. It just doesn't occur to most people that the other person fancies them. If my own experiences are anything to go on.
What I'm saying here is that if you wanted to turn around the next day and also invite the person to go on a date with you, that wouldn't be out of line.
